How long do custom orders take?

Thank you for your interest in our custom orders! While the time frame can vary based on size, location, and order demand, you can expect an average turnaround of 1-2 weeks, with a maximum of 3-4 weeks. Each of our carpets is handmade to ensure the highest quality, and you'll receive an completion time along with your quote. We appreciate your patience as we craft your unique piece!

When will I know my total price?

Your total price will usually be available within hours, but please allow up to 72 hours for confirmation. Once you receive your total, you'll have 48 hours to make your deposit online. The remaining balance will be due once your final sketch is approved.

What do I do if my quote is denied?

Thank you for your understanding regarding the quote process. If your quote is denied, we will follow up with an email detailing the reasons and providing guidance on how to re submit your request for consideration. We appreciate your patience as we work together to bring your ideas to life.
